Lessons Learned:

• Discipline > Motivation
• Ask more questions - don't believe everything you read or that you're told
• Listen more, speak less
• You can learn anything from anyone
• Set goals - Write them down and revisit frequently
• If it won't matter 5-10 years from now, it's not worth worrying about
